Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Sereni Femme, we strive to ensure that your purchases are delivered on time and securely. Below, we detail our policies for better transparency regarding shipping times, procedures, and conditions.

1. Delivery Time

The delivery time for anywhere in Europe typically ranges from 6 to 12 business days after the product is shipped. This time frame begins from the date of shipment and may vary depending on your location and transportation conditions.

  • Free Shipping: Delivery time ranges from 6 to 13 business days after shipment.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery time ranges from 3 to 9 business days after shipment, with a flat rate of €9.90.

2. International Product Origin

Our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, with stock located outside of Europe. Due to external factors like strikes, high demand, and holidays, delays may occur as we depend on postal and customs services.

3. Order Tracking

  • Processing and Shipping: After purchase confirmation, your order is sent to our suppliers for processing and packaging. Within 7 business days, you will receive a tracking code via email and/or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery process.
  • International Transit: Products transit from Asia or Europe to Europe, where they will be forwarded to the nearest distribution unit.
  • Delivery Guarantee: In the event of a lost or missing product before receipt, we guarantee a full refund or reshipment of the order.

4. Incorrect Address

If you made an error in the address, please contact us immediately after your purchase. Most orders are shipped the next day, so it's crucial to provide the correct address as soon as possible.

Note: Sereni Femme is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Customs Fees and Charges

When purchasing from us, the customer is aware that import taxes and duties may apply, depending on local customs policies. Sereni Femme is not responsible for these fees. The customer must pay any applicable fees for the product to be released and proceed to its final destination.

6. Delivery Failures

In the event of delivery failure, the following policies apply for reattempts or pickup at the post office:

  • Recipient Absent: If the recipient is absent, a new delivery attempt will be made on the next business day.
  • Incorrect or Unknown Address: If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unknown, the order may be returned to the sender.
  • Pickup at Post Office: Depending on the location, the order may be available for pickup at the nearest post office.

7. Conditions for Reshipping

If the order is returned to the sender due to customer error (incorrect address), a €35 fee will be charged for reshipping. Once the address is confirmed, a new delivery time frame will be provided.

8. Separate Shipments

For orders containing multiple products or more than three units of the same item, the items may be shipped in separate packages if necessary to avoid overloading.

9. Tracking Issues

If your tracking code is not updating or if the status indicates "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact our support.

10. Important Notices

  • It is not possible to expedite shipping or cancel the order after the tracking code is issued.
  • We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates (e.g., events, birthdays) as it depends on customs clearance and postal services.
